Pets are welcome with approval. Breed restrictions apply, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per household. Each adult pet must weigh no more than 50 pounds. The pet deposit is $200 per pet and a non-refundable pet fee of $200. Additionally, there is a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.
